  Admissions
  Admissions are offered to children between the age of three and ten years, the lowest class for admission being LKG. Admissions are granted on the basis of priority of registration and result in the Admission Test. The standard of the Admission Test is of the level of the Annual Examination of the class preceding that to which admission is sought.Admission Test shall be held in the following subjects.  
 
KG Classes No Admission Test
Class I English & Mathematics
Class II to V English ,Hindi , Mathematics

We also have Pre-School attached to the KG Section. Rules and Regulations for admission are mentioned in the School diary.
ADMISSION TESTS will be held every day at 8 am except, Thursdays and Fridays.

Age Limit at the time of admission the child should be:
 
 
Pre- School 2½ years to 3 years as on 31st March of the same year.
LKG 3 years as on 31st March of the same year
UKG 4 years as on 31st March of the same year
Class I 5 years as on 31st March of the same year
Class II 6 years as on 31st March of the same year

No relaxation of age will be granted at the entry level for the minimum age limit.


In the upper age limit special relaxation upto a maximum 90 days may be given by the Principal in case of children who have checkered growth or some disability or undergrowth due to long illness or any other medical reasons.Medical Reports supporting such cases is to be submitted.No relaxation will be granted for the minimum age limit at the entry level.

 Registration
Registration for new admissions begins every year in the mid week of February for the forthcoming academic year will go up to 30th December of the same year. After 30th December special permission of the competent authority is needed .

The Registration stands valid only for the first term starting from April every year.In case after registration the child does not report for admission during the first term and report in the second term the original registration will deemed to have cancelled and a cancellation fee of SR 100/- will be charged.

Admission for classes I to III will be granted on the basis of age as on 31st March of the year which admission is sought and by holding an admission test. Transfer Certificates (TC) are not insisted up to class III.From Class IV onwards, admission will be granted only on submission of original Transfer Certificate and after holding admission test.Admission Test may be dispensed with if the TC is from a CBSE affiliated School.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
Admission Form in English duly filled.
Original Transfer Certificate from last attended school, (for admission to class III onwards).
Passport Copy of student inclusive of residence page and original passport - (for inspection)
Passport copy of Father inclusive of residence page.
Copy of Father’s Iqama.
Photocopy of birth certificate -two sets (with original for inspection).
Three recent passport size photographs of the student in a separate envelope.
Children on Visit Visa will not be registered for admission.

School Fee Structure

ESTABLISHMENT LEVY
A Non-refundable establishment levy will be charged according to the following rates at the time of admission
First Child SR 1250 /-
Second Child SR 1000 /-
Third Child SR 750 /- onwards


  Establishment levy is refundable only if :
   The child is not admitted.
  The child did not attend the school even for a single day.
  An amount of SR 100 /- will be deducted towards the cancellation out of the amount paid as levy.

Tution Fee
SR 12000 per annum per child payable in lump sum or in installments not exceeding 12 at the rate of SR. 1000 per month each on or before 15th of every month. For parents who are not entitled to get reimbursement of children’s education expenses from their employers upon providing a certificate to this effect following concession rates of monthly tution fees is applicable.

The School Managing Committee reserves the right to revise the fee structure at any time based on the local needs and circumstances.

Guidelines for Payment of Tution Fee :
The academic year is divided into Three (3) Terms of Four (4) months each ie., April to July, August to November and December to March.

For students who are arriving in the Kingdom on new visa after 1st August / 1st December (second / third term) the tution fee is payable from the beginning of that term in which the child is admitted.

The tution fee is to be paid on or before 15th of every month (including winter break). For July and August which is summer vacation period, it can be paid on or before 15th September without fine.

Late fee at the rate of SR 1/- (one) Riyal per day will be charged after 15th of every month. If 15th of the month happens to be a holiday for the cash office of the school, the fee will be collected without late fee on the next working day.

Parents proceeding on annual leave are advised to pay the school fee in advance or make arrangement for regular timely payment of the fee to avoid late fee/ removal of the child’s name from class register.

Fee can be paid in advance at the school cash counter. Fee once paid will not be refunded under the normal circumstances.

Non payment of fee for two (2) consecutive months will result in the removal of the name from the class register. Once the name of the child is removed from the class register, the name will be reinstated on payment of re-admission fee as per school rules.

If the first child is withdrawn or completed his/ her course from the school,the second child will be treated as the first child and so on.

  Bus Fee
Bus facility will not be given in the mid of the term except to newly registered students .Bus fee at the rates mentioned below is to be paid on monthly basis for each term on or before 15th of every month along with tution fee.

Guidelines for Payment of Bus Fee


  In case of new applicant for bus facility /new admission the bus fee is payable from the month the parent requests for the bus facility till the end of the academic year except for the months of July and August.

  Request for discontinuation of bus facility must be submitted to the Transport Office/Administration Office before the start of next term /month.

  Bus facility for the whole term may be allowed to discontinue provided the request is submitted to the transport office before the term starts.

  The bus facility will not be discontinue in the midst of the term and if someone wishes to do so, he has to pay the fee for the whole term. Moreover , if someone discontinues the bus facility and wants to reinstate the same in the middle of the next term/ s , he will have to pay the fees from the beginning of the term and not from the month he wants to resume the facility in between the terms.

Transfer Certificate
Application for T.C in the prescribed form is to be submitted at the School Reception seven days in advance. The Application for TC will be considered only if the tution / bus fees are cleared upto the month of application .

 Re - Admission
Re-admission fee is SR 250 /- . Re-admission is not guaranteed in all cases. Names of students will be deleted from the school roles on nonpayment of fee for two (2) months.Re-admission in such cases shall be granted subject to following conditions.

  In the third month (in cases of non-payment of fee for two consecutive months ) re-admission fee will be SR 150. In the Fourth and subsequent months re-admission fee will be SR 250 /- .
  To be re-admitted ,the student will have to pay the previous dues as advised
in the removal notice and the re-admission fee.

If a student is withdrawn from the school after taking the TC he/she returns for re-admission in the same academic year without having joined elsewhere, readmission will be granted only if he/she be able to have the required attendance for the academic year.
